High Rise Murals are an OOH painted mural agency providing media space and overseeing the painted production of advertising.
As a Lead Artist I was responsible for managing teams and overseeing the planning and execution of installations.
Leadership and Management:
• Supervise and instruct team on-site, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Generate production plans and schedules for the entire team, promoting teamwork and coordination.
• Responsible for both my work and the work of the team.
• Debrief the Head of Production after each project, sharing successes, challenges, and learned lessons.
Project Planning and Execution:
• Plan and prepare murals from start to finish, including materials, timelines, and external suppliers.
• Maintain regular communication with client handlers at High Rise, providing updates and progress photos.
• Use pre-production analysis and discussions to anticipate and address potential issues.
