Print Them All is a contemporary art publisher working with leading artists worldwide to produce limited editions across screenprint, lithograph and sculpture.

Supported the CEO and international team across partnerships, proposals, production and fair operations. Produced high-impact decks for artists, investors and brand partners.

Expanded UK supplier options, coordinated artist production, and delivered on-site support at fairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Produced strategic decks and proposals for artists, brands and investor outreach using collaborative workflows in Google Slides.

• Managed artist and studio communications, coordinating schedules, assets, artwork specs and approvals across time zones.

• Coordinated production and logistics for editions and fairs, working with suppliers on timelines, costs and quality control.

• Researched new edition types and alternative product formats, compiling costs, MOQs and indicative revenue models.

• Audited business positioning and website content, drafting USPs and a clear process overview for onboarding new artists.

• Filmed and edited project and fair recap videos; introducing video templates to improve consistency.

• Maintained accurate records for suppliers, quotes and project status to support planning and handover.

Key Achievements

  • Recognising that the company’s outdated online presence made it difficult to attract new artists, I developed a suite of strategic presentation materials to strengthen communication and credibility. These documents positioned the company as a leader in its field and clearly outlined the benefits of collaboration for prospective artists, investors, and partners. By filling a key gap in digital communication, I helped the business present itself with greater clarity and professionalism.

  • Conceived and developed Studio Squared, a new initiative pairing leading visual artists with global music talent to create limited-edition artworks. Designed the project framework, revenue model, and pitch materials, positioning the concept for high-end partnerships and expanded visibility within the luxury and music sectors.

  • Identified and reimagined an archival artwork from an artist’s previous catalogue, proposing it as a new mirror edition. To make production possible, I sourced and rebuilt the design independently at print-ready resolution, ensuring quality and consistency. This proactive approach led to full artist approval and the successful production and release of a limited-edition UV-printed mirror artwork (Edition of 99, retailing at $9,500), securing approximately $95k in pre-sales.
