Print Them All is a contemporary art publisher working with leading artists worldwide to produce limited editions across screenprint, lithograph and sculpture.
Supported the CEO and international team across partnerships, proposals, production and fair operations, with a focus on improving commercial communication and delivery. Produced partner-facing decks and proposals for artists, investors and brand collaborators.
Expanded UK supplier options, coordinated artist production activity and provided on-site operational support at international art fairs.
Key Responsibilities
• Produced commercial decks and proposals for artists, brands and investor outreach.
• Managed artist and studio communications, coordinating schedules, assets and approvals across time zones.
• Coordinated production and logistics for editions and art fairs, working with suppliers on timelines, costs and quality control.
• Researched new edition types and alternative product formats, building cost comparisons and indicative revenue models.
• Reviewed business positioning and website content, drafting clearer process explanations to support artist onboarding.
• Produced short-form project and fair recap videos, introducing simple templates to improve consistency.
• Maintained supplier records and project tracking to support planning and handover.
Key Achievements
-
Identified that the company’s outdated online presence and presentation materials were limiting its ability to attract new artists and partners. Developed a suite of clear, partner-facing decks to improve communication, credibility and onboarding. This work helped the business present itself more clearly to artists, investors and collaborators, and supported wider partnership conversations.
-
Conceived and developed Studio Squared, an initiative pairing visual artists with global music talent to create limited-edition artworks. Built the project framework, pricing logic and pitch materials, positioning the concept for high-end partnerships and cross-industry collaboration.
-
Identified an archival artwork from an artist’s catalogue and proposed it as a new mirror edition. Independently rebuilt the artwork at print-ready resolution to enable production, securing artist approval and progressing the project to release.
The limited-edition UV-printed mirror artwork (edition of 99, retailing at $9,500) achieved approximately $95k in pre-sales.
