Puck Studio works with artists, illustrators, architects and designers to deliver print and vinyl projects across exhibitions, public spaces and commercial environments.
As part of the senior team, I managed large-scale workflows from initial enquiry through to delivery. Alongside project delivery, I was responsible for the studio’s digital and operational foundations, including the website, Instagram, Google Business profile, internal archives and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Generated new business leads and managed enquiries from first contact through to confirmed projects.
• Delivered projects end-to-end, coordinating design, production and installation teams.
• Provided creative direction and production planning for large-scale print and vinyl applications.
• Led design and artworking for client projects, producing production-ready files to meet technical and visual standards.
• Supervised junior staff, coordinating daily workflow and maintaining consistent production quality.
• Managed the studio’s digital presence, including the website rebuild and ongoing social content.
• Produced photography and video assets to support marketing and client communication.
Key Achievements

Puck’s previous website struggled to reach and inform new customers online. I led a full rebuild of the site, covering design, build and copy, to present services more clearly and improve usability. As a result, organic search traffic increased by 84%, with the contact form generating around 10% of new project enquiries.

Using my industry network, I generated over £90k in new business. This included public art installations, artist editions and regular exhibition graphics for galleries, helping to broaden the studio’s client base and revenue streams.

Rebuilt key company documents as shared online templates, improving consistency and reducing manual admin. Junior staff were able to independently produce branded project materials, freeing senior capacity and improving overall workflow efficiency.
